I was first drown to yoga due to a physical injury. My body was in constant pain and my co-worker recommended me to try yoga. After a constant practice I was not only experiencing physical, but also emotional healing. Yoga continues to challenge me towards personal evolution in the most unexpected and beautiful ways.
I teach to be at service, and I’m deeply passionate about holding sacred space for others to become whole as my teachers have done for me. I yearn to ultimately give back all the love that has been shown and given to me.
Aside from my yoga practice, I love to draw, paint, read books and travel the world.
I find it a daily challenge to stay connected and present to moment to moment experience. I tent to get into auto-pilot mode, and I have to remind myself to slow down and stay grounded.
