The key between strength and flexibility is breath and mobility. This class uses 50 % yoga inspired flows and 50 % mobility specific drills. You will practice to music and find your own speed/flow throughout the class. Hot Mobility is for everyone, whether you just need to get your body moving or are thinking about starting yoga, or if you are already an experienced yogi/mover and wish to improve your transition skills between postures.
